The cabin is located just 3 miles from Packwood, one of the main access points to Rainier National Park and several areas of wilderness and national forests, featuring some of the world's best hikes. It is also mere feet from the Cowlitz River and just a mile from the High Valley Golf Course for those looking more for human activity and creature comforts. There's also the White Pass Ski Area, just 30 minutes away.

The cabin itself is both cozy and spacious, with a vaulted ceiling over the main room: An open plan kitchen, living room and dining room, partially overhung by a loft. The kitchen is a chef's delight. It offers a large fridge and other modern appliances.

The large dining room table seats eight and is situated in front of the stone hearth, a lovely place to gather with friends and family.

The cabins backyard offers a hot tub a hammock and a firepit. There's also a picnic table, in case you'd like to take advantage of Packwood's warm summers and enjoy your meals outside. And then there is the loft, an intimate space with a large sectional, card table and flat screen TV for wrapping up your vacation days with a game or movie.
